The 2024 Customer Conference survey results are in, and we appreciate all the valuable feedback! Thank you so much to each of you who took the time to fill out the survey. Your responses are important to us, and your input helps us continue to improve our annual customer conference. We couldn’t plan a successful event year after year without your suggestions and insights.
Participants Report 100% Satisfaction – Again!
For the fourth year in a row, every attendee who filled out the survey reported that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the conference overall. We strive to organize a meaningful event with relevant and timely speakers that bring value to our customers. We’re so glad you enjoyed it!
The survey also showed that conference-goers especially loved hearing about GLP-1s and AI. Many of you appreciated the detailed look at pharmacy benefits as drug prices continue to rise. And of course there is a reason Adam Russo from The Phia Group was back by popular demand! Attendees loved his spirited presentation. Overall, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive – but we heard you loud and clear about the temperature. Next year, we’ll adjust the thermostat accordingly.
