Members on our TrueCost plan now can find medical providers in their area who accept the plan using the new TrueCost Connect tool in the member portal on the Custom Design Benefits website.
With this new tool TrueCost members can access:
- A larger pool of available providers (including rural areas outside major cities)
- Information confirming whether the provider accepts TrueCost
- Details on the provider’s area of care/specialty
- Location and contact information
- Provider quality ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
